OCEANSIDE ? A man was holed up in his home after he stabbed his neighbor in the face during a fight Tuesday night, police said.
After the attack, the assailant ran home and locked himself inside, Mata said. He threatened to harm police if they entered. Officers eventually used an air Taser and ended the standoff about 9:30 p.m., Mata said.
The man was booked on suspicion of assault.
